Beach Selfies with Zeus
Be cautious, as in Greece, you might come across ancient relics even on the scorching beach sands. Picture this: you enter an ice cream cafe and stumble upon a piece of stone, which turns out to be a 3000-year-old column fragment! During your trip to Greece, such encounters with culture happen on every occasion.
Choose a nice hotel near a picturesque fishing village and pack clothes a couple of sizes larger – believe me, you'll be eating all week because refusing the exquisite Greek cuisine is impossible.
In Greece,limitless possibilities await
First and foremost, ask yourself what you want from your vacation. Sunny beaches, cool sea breezes, the glamour of big cities, or strolls through old churches and forts?
Whatever it may be, you are in the right place – Greece. Here, you can get everything you could imagine and even more. Greece seems to have been created specifically for tourists. However, it is by no means an artificial resort; it is a country with a rich history and culture. It has preserved its authentic heritage while complementing it with thoroughly modern tourist delights. There are quiet beaches for families with children, day and nightclubs for true partygoers, and luxurious indulgence opportunities...
Greek Islands - Paradise on Earth
When creating their paradisiacal islands, the gods clearly went above and beyond, making them much larger and more magnificent than originally planned. There are several thousand islands in total. Each one is more beautiful than the last, ranging from small to large, lining the entire coastline of mainland Greece, especially in the crystal-clear Aegean Sea.
This charming archipelago is a true paradise for those who love water activities, from jet skiing to week-long yacht trips and serious diving expeditions.
If you're tired of crowds and seek peace and tranquillity, opt for a quieter and lesser-known island, such as Kythnos or Milos. But if you enjoy the hustle, bustle, and socializing, the world-famous star islands like Crete, Santorini, Naxos, Corfu, and Rhodes will suit you better.
History Around Every Corner
In the ancient city of Athens, there's no need to step into a museum to immerse yourself in history. Everywhere you go, you can feel the atmosphere of Socratic times. It's said that the aura of the Acropolis is so powerful that you can become wiser just by standing among the ruins. Equally charged with history is the homeland of the gods in the north - Mount Olympus. All the castles and monasteries of the Peloponnese peninsula also radiate historical significance.
Greek Cuisine - Love at First Bite
Food in Greece, like in other Mediterranean countries, is a part of the culture, an element of social interaction, and not just mere sustenance. Dinner is a celebration of carefully selected flavours. The main stars in the kitchen are fresh olives, tomatoes, cheeses, salads, and of course, seafood, meat, and chicken. It's also the birthplace of the world-famous feta cheese made from sheep's or goat's milk and tzatziki sauce.
Pour a glass of local wine and sit on the terrace, watching the world's most beautiful sunset on the island of Rhodes, and you'll understand why the gods chose this place for themselves.
The beauty of Greece is best described by the succinct thought of American writer Henry Miller: 'To discover Greece, you need a lifetime, but to fall in love, just a moment is enough.'

Description of the resorts
Rhodes (Ialysos Ixia)
A scenic Mediterranean Hiiumaa, but with donkeys - Here, find affordable accommodations, tranquil waters, and delicious local cuisine.
For adventurers, the vibrant Rhodes awaits. Explore endless beaches, viewpoints, gardens, mountain trails, ancient sites, and hidden eateries by renting a car or scooter. And don't be surprised to encounter donkeys, an unexpected mode of transport in both towns and countryside.
Opt for Lindos in the warmer south during spring or autumn, as summer brings sweltering heat across the island.
Evia
The Aegean Pearl
It is the second-largest island after Crete, less known among tourists, making it a much quieter and secluded destination. Evia gained fame primarily as a healing resort. In the town of Edipsos, nearly every hotel offers baths in thermal waters. Some are even set right on the shore where thermal springs meet the sea. At the same time, Edipsos is far from a dull sanatorium; it's a vibrant resort with clubs, restaurants, bars, and shops. Also Evia's has resorts with architectural charm in Chalkida, Eretria's vibrant ruins, Limni's beaches, Kymi's neoclassical grace, and Karystos' water sports.
Peloponnese
Roughly half of Estonia's-sized peninsula is probably the biggest hit, the birthplace of the Olympics. Exactly from here starts the journey of the Olympic flame every four years.
Patra - This nearly 4000 year old city charms with its ancient heritage as well as a 3 km long suspension bridge and a lively café and nightlife.
Traveling in the Peloponnese often gives the impression of being right in the middle of famous ancient Greek myths and legends. Tired of the archaeology marathon? Refresh your brain tired of years in crystal clear beaches or forget yourself in some cozy mountain village restaurant to enjoy souvlaki and local wine.
Sign up for the Peloponnese history marathon!
Corfu
About half the size of Hiiumaa, Corfu has played host to mythical superstars Achilles and Odysseus, later also Gerald Durrell in his nature-infused bestseller "My Family and Other Animals."
Island situated between Italy and Greece continues to attract visitors like a flower attracts bees. Here you'll find vast olive groves, forest-covered mountains, species-rich flower fields, tranquil beaches, and other classically Mediterranean natural beauties. Your and your children's wishes are truly attended to, the food is wonderful, the surroundings clean and tidy.
Unlike other Greek islands, Corfu has never been under Turkish rule, so the atmosphere is more reminiscent of a European Venice.
Crete (Heraklion)
Crete is three times the size of Saaremaa but with many more tourists – there are several good reasons for that. No wonder that Greece's largest island is so highly valued by North European sunseekers – here you will find a blue inviting sea, dozens of hot sunbathing beaches, green olive groves, and picturesque white houses villages.
Crete can be a luxurious shopping center, Bronze Age museums, and fine restaurants in the capital city of Heraklion. Or a sunny carnival in Hersonissos or Malia area.
Excluding the beautiful Agios Nikolaos, which is the central city in the east, most of Kreeta's friendly people live in cozy villages.
